Kibbi
Two (2) hand-rolled, cracked wheat croquettes filled with lamb mince, caramelised onions and pine nuts. Served with hommus and wood-fired pita.

Falafel
Three (3) sumptuous falafel, made from ground chickpeas, broad beans, onion, parsley, garlic and traditional spices. Served with tahini, pickles and pita.

Sambousik
Five (5) decadent pastry pockets stuffed with lamb mince, toasted pine nuts and caramelised onions. Served with hommus and wood-fired pita.

Spinach and Fetta Triangles
Handmade pastry triangles filled with spinach, feta and spices.

Flambéed Sausages
Four (4) spiced lamb sausages, flambéed in our wood-fired even then sautéed with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and served with wood-fired pita.

Three (3) slices of Cyprian haloumi cheese, pan-seared to perfection. Served on a bed of cherry tomatoes and fresh rocket.
